These terms outline our relationship with you regarding your use of the Service. Use Terms
By using the Service, you confirm that you agree to and will comply with the following terms:
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
Human Users Only: Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted. You must be a human to use this Service.
Accurate Information: You must provide your full legal name, a valid personal email address, and any other information requested to complete the sign-up process and create an Account for the Service. Group, shared, or role-based emails are not permitted. You agree that the registration information you provide to ID Exam Prep will always be accurate, correct, and up to date, and you will promptly update any such information. You further agree to notify ID Exam Prep promptly of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of the security of your Account and to exit from your Account at the end of each session.
Account Responsibility: You agree that you will be responsible for all activities under your Account, including payment for access by unauthorized users. ID Exam Prep is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Content Responsibility: You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your Account.
Legal Use: You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. While using the Service, you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws, other intellectual property, privacy, and data security laws).
Unauthorized Use: Unauthorized use of the Service and breaches of other obligations herein constitute a material breach of these Terms of Service and may also violate applicable laws, including without limitation copyright and trademark laws, privacy and publicity laws, and applicable communications regulations and statutes.
Compliance with Laws: You represent and warrant to ID Exam Prep that you will utilize the Service and any content, materials, data, or other information provided to you in accordance with applicable laws, including those applicable to the Service and those in the jurisdiction where you are located. This obligation includes but is not limited to compliance with privacy and data security laws.
